 Verified Great place to hide away from the world. No service and lots of peace. We enjoyed sitting around the fire drinking lots of tea while watching the pheasants run around the pond.

 Verified Our stay at Simon’s hut was great.It was very pleasant and relaxing and was exactly what we were looking for. We loved waking up to the geese in the pond who had just hatched some chicks a few weeks before and of course a special mention to the friendliest cat -Willow! Please Note

Wood for the log burner will be provided, (not the hot tub) If you are to run out there will be directions in the rules book for you to get some more. You can pick up a bag of logs from BJs value house (10min drive) for £7 and coal also helps keep the hot tub warmer for longer and heats it up faster. The tub takes around 2hours to warm up, so light it up whilst you’re cooking to kill the time 🙂

PLEASE BRING TOWELS FOR SHOWERING

Make sure you bring a torch and portable phone chargers just incase, especially in the winter with less solar power. And be mindful, the sun doesn’t come out at night, so do not leave lights on too long or charge phones at night. You will be awoken by a beeping sound and a loss of power.

The ground can get muddy here so please bring appropriate footwear.
